**Requirements**
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Operations Production/ Garment Manufacturing Management or similar
- Computer Literacy - MS Word & Excel
- Ability to work with teams and lead decision making processes in a team environment Good critical thinking and analytical skills
- Have a ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Great ability to manage pressure and stress.
- Good Communicator (verbal/non-verbal) skills
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with changing priorities.
- Driven, confident, self-motivated and results orientated.
- Be hands-on and willing to go the extra mile at all times.

**Purpose**
- As a Cut & Sew ProductionIntern you will work closely with the Production Manager and Cut & Sew supervisory team
- In this role you will be exposed to the inner working of a Clothing Manufacturing production line.

**Critical Results**
- Assist the Cut & Sew supervisory team in ensuring that production is scheduled for completion and is executed in a timely manner and within all quality parameters
- Assist in identifying areas of improvement with regards to:

- maximum loading capacities within the agreed PO’s are maintained,
- lines are balanced for optimal productivity,
- all required quality, regulatory standards are met,
- efficiently implement new products in mass production
- maintain an appropriate level of inventory and work in progress
- Assist with special projects as required from time to time
- Understand and follow workplace policies and procedures
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned

**Job Type**: Internship

**Salary**: R6,000.00 per month
