**Remote - Digital Affiliate Marketing Coordinator**

**Job Description & Duties**:

- Work to develop a solid understanding of clients business and effectively transfer this knowledge to initiatives that help achieve client goals
- Support the implementation of account strategies for assigned and/or team accounts in accordance with client goals.
- Support account managers in affiliate recruitment
- Support account managers in monitoring client performance and pitching new opportunities for assigned accounts; send client correspondence
- Attend Client status calls, take notes and send recaps
- day-to-day troubleshooting
- Support account manager in analysis as needed, generating reports in affiliate networks and Excel in response to client requests.
- Collaborate closely with team members and communicate to team management on project development, timelines, and results
- Monitor trends, best practices, techniques in the digital affiliate marketing landscape; participate in internal trainings and industry events as appropriate
- Obtain and maintain relevant certifications (eg Affiliate Networks, Google Analytics)
- Maintain a steady learning curve toward the knowledge and skill set of advanced roles

- Strong problem identification and resolution skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills
- High levels of integrity and self-motivation, able to work well autonomously as well as within a team
- Detail oriented and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere

**Required**:

- One year experience in affiliate marketing or a strong understanding of affiliate marketing from other related positions or two years of digital marketing experience.
- Bachelors degree with solid educational background in critical thinking, quantitative analysis, and writing
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Google Analytics

**Hours 3pm to 11pm SA Time**
