Claims Administrator

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process claims and payments accurately
- Handling of queries
- Monthly reporting to line management
- Maintain and building external business relationships
- Status reports
- Follow up with suppliers, negotiate costs
- Timely and accurate issuing of orders
- Investigate driver liability and process deductions when required
- Self-inspections / Assessments
- Feedback to driver control / Interaction with operations teams
- Log claims
- Maintain and adhere to Company Policies and Procedures and SOP
- Understanding of insurers terms and conditions and Individual contracts
**QUALIFICATION & SKILLS REQUIRED**:
- Matric Certificate
- At least 5 years experience in similar position
- Computer literate
- G.IT. and insurance experience beneficial
- Strong planning and organisation skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Meet strict deadlines
