The Floor Manager will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the dining floor, providing exceptional service to the guests, and supporting the overall success of the restaurant. **Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily operation of the dining floor, including managing the seating arrangement, guest flow, and table turnover to ensure an optimal dining experience.
- Supervise and support the front-of-house team, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and bussers, to ensure they deliver exceptional service and adhere to established standards.
- Train new front-of-house staff on restaurant policies, procedures, and service standards to ensure consistency and quality of service.
- Monitor the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, ensuring tables are set properly, and the ambiance is welcoming for guests.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of the guest.
- Assist with seating arrangements during peak hours, ensuring efficient use of space and timely seating of guests.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages to guests.
- Conduct pre-shift meetings with front-of-house staff to communicate daily specials, events, and any other relevant information.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of dining supplies, such as menus, tableware, and condiments, placing orders as needed.
- Work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall guest experience and increase customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and sanitation standards to provide a safe and hygienic environment for guests and staff.
- Assist with special events and promotions as needed, including coordinating reservations and managing guest expectations.

**Requirements**:

- Previous luxury brand experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry, preferably in a high-volume restaurant setting.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a focus on creating positive guest experiences.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, with the flexibility to handle various tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in restaurant POS systems and other relevant technology.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience
