- Experience with supply chain software (ERP, WMS, TMS) and data analysis tools
- Strong knowledge of vehicle supply chain operations, inventory control, and logistics management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and optimize processes.
- Solid understanding of budgeting, cost management, and financial reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure to meet deadlines.

**Responsibilities**
- **Develop and manage comprehensive supply chain strategies for the vehicle supply process, ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of vehicles.**:

- Coordinate the flow of materials, components, and finished vehicles from suppliers to production facilities, and from production to distribution or retail channels.
- Monitor vehicle production schedules and align them with customer demand, seasonal trends, and market fluctuations.
- Work closely with the production, inventory, and logistics teams to ensure that supply chain activities run smoothly and efficiently.
- Oversee the management of vehicle inventories at various stages of the supply chain, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing excess inventory or stockouts.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and collaborate with vendors to improve delivery

- Develop contingency plans for unexpected supply chain disruptions and ensure the business can adapt to challenges such as natural disasters, strikes, or geopolitical events.
- Lead or participate in initiatives to improve vehicle supply chain processes, reduce lead times, and enhance efficiency.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting process optimization and the use of technology across the supply chain.
