- REPORTS TO: Board of Directors- DEPARTMENT: ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) and Sustainability- MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:
- Responsible for Supporting the development of business cases and the Implementation, Management and Review of Programs and Projects designed to assist the Company globally and it’s Stakeholders to deliver on all the requirements as set out by Legal Legislation and Governing Bodies Regulations with regards to all aspects surrounding ESG and Sustainability, as well as other market leading frameworks and tools- Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and implement Sustainability initiatives to meet the Company globally Sustainability Strategy and circular economic goals.- Deliver program management and governance function for all ESG and Sustainability related requirements.- Identify, initiate and communicate Energy Saving Initiatives, such as Solar PV, LED Lighting, HVAC, BMCS, Water and Waste efficiency projects and provide recommendations to inform decision making.- Research and implement innovative solutions to drive portfolio efficiency outcomes.- Manage and liaise with different operation world wide with internal and external stakeholders to deliver industry leading outcomes and ensuring operational requirements are met.- Establish and implement best practice processes, procedures, templates, specifications and guidelines for all project types and framedworks for the measurement and verification of energy, water and wasted efficiency projects.- Colaborate with all Operations team members to align outcomes with our Sustainability Strategy and facilitate sustainability engagement and training for internal and external parties and stakeholders. Key Challenges:
- Influencing and engaging stakeholders to deliver on the Company globally and Government’s Sustainability policies and challenging timeframes while delivering accurate and quality outcomes.- Ability to build trust, collaboration and fair partnerships with stakeholders and work autonomously and be proactive (take initiative) in delivering outcomes with little oversight- Key Relationships:

- Participate in discussions and decisions with regards to improving resource efficiency for the Company- Escalate issues and propose solutions- Receive guidance and provide regular updates on key tasks, issues and priorities- Work Team All Operations / Other Staff:
- Support team member from different Operations and work collaboratively to contribute to achieving team outcomes- Provide and receive feedback- Participate in meetings, share information and provide input on issues- Articulate resource efficiency requirement to the broader teams for delivery- External:
- Vendors / Service Providers and Customers - Liaise with Suppliers and Customers providing and seeking information - Manage and maintain all customer data input information / survey and data recording databases- Industry Professionals / Consultants:
- Seek / maintain specialist knowledge / advice and collaboration on and keep up to date with the industry best practise- Participate in forums, groups to represent the company and share information- Customers and Stakeholders:
- Respond to requests for information- Develop and maintain effective working relationships and open channels of communication- Report and provide updates on projects, etc- Business Enablers:

- Experience:
- Senior management and governance experience with ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) and Sustainability, Energy Saving Initiatives, such as Solar PV, LED Lighting, HVAC, BMCS, Water and Waste efficiency projects- Implementation, Management and Review of Programs and Projects designed to assist the Company globally i.t.o. ESG and Sustainability- EDUCATION:
- Diploma in ESG, Degree level qualification in Environmental and Social Governance, Sustainability, Finance, Law and Economics- Knowledge of Excel and other data management software.- Must be able to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders as well as with senior members of the executive suite and the board.- Strong commercial acumen, business development and project management skills.- Stakeholder management is another key skill requirement, in addition to proven risk awareness and excellent communication- PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:
- Must be able to demonstrate strong research and analytical skills, good attention to detail and an understanding of sustainability indices and reporting protocols.- Extensive travel is required - globally**What Qualification**
