**Purpose of the Role**:
To improve client experience. To assist with communication between Owners and the Board of Trustees, and to assist the Owners and Body Corporates with queries as well as directing items to the relevant department for resolution.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- **Account Specific Queries**_

The Customer Service Consultant coordinates efforts to resolve account related queries where required in consultation with relevant departments where needed. The problem must be identified, assigned to the correct department and instructions from various internal parties must be carried out. Information must be gathered for comprehensive feedback and updates provided to clients on a regular basis. Efforts must be made to always improve client experience. The CSC must resolve disputes between various parties by recommending a suitable course of action for all parties and aid where necessary. The dispute resolution process must be supervised by the CSC and followed up on regularly until a resolution is reached.
- **Owner and General Queries**_

**Qualifications**:

- Grade 12 - High School Diploma or GED
- Sectional Title Course (CPMD or Paddocks etc.)
- Minor Admin / Computer course
- Diploma/Degree would be advantageous

- Bookkeeping / GAP (understanding of financial reports and accounts)

- Strong ability to network and build relationships with colleagues, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Operate independently without referral

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R16,000.00 - R19,000.00 per month
