**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound sales calls to US clients to understand their needs and present our products/services.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the products/services and how they can meet the clients' requirements.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas on a consistent basis.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop effective sales strategies.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments to make informed sales decisions.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales calling experience, specifically with US clients (non-negotiable).
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a competitive spirit.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.

**Salary**: R10,800.00 per month

Working hours: Our working hours are aligned with the US time zone. Our standard working hours are 3pm - midnight, South African time.
