We run a **sales and digital marketing agency** called WDR that helps dentists, GROW their practice on auto-pilot through Facebook, Instagram, and Google ads.
What makes our marketing system a complete system for our doctors is
1) our marketing team generates hot leads
2) our sales reps qualify and convert the leads in sales **(this is you).**
3) we train their operations team and sales team to close the leads
**Because we’re up to our eyeballs in new patient leads**, we need more help serving these leads and turning those into booked new patient appointments for our doctors.

- **Position Summary**_
The purpose of this role is to convert **hot leads** into new patients for WDR Aspen’s clients in the most effective & efficient manner possible.
This will be done via consultative phone sales outreach with prospects that have expressed high interest in our clients services. The Inside Sales Rep will be responsible for qualifying, educating & scheduling the prospect on the service that’s the best fit for their needs.
**NOTE: This position is full-time and remote for residents of South Africa. Meaning you can work from anywhere if you live in South Africa. The team here at WDR Aspen is located all over the world. You will be required to work US hours, and rotating nights/weekends.**
**What you’ll be doing**
Day to day, you’ll be selling/scheduling new patient appointments for WDR Aspen doctors on incoming calls and form inquires that are being generated by Facebook, Instagram, and Google ads.
You’ll be responsible for answering incoming calls and immediately following up with leads to get them scheduled for your assigned leads.
As part of this opportunity, you’ll also be a part of a VERY fast paced and high growth company. You’re getting in at the ground floor of a growing sales team, and will have input and responsibility as we grow the team.

**30 Day Targets**:
- Learn all tech systems & client offerings to be effective in the position
- Master proven scripts, credit card intake, objection handling, and follow-up strategy
- Scheduling a minimum of 6 appointments per day for each clinic assigned
- Ready and able to handle workflow to service assigned doctors offices
- 80+ calls per day
**60 Day Targets**:
- Steadily handling the workload of taking 50 daily leads through a full process of up to 150 calls per day
- Scheduling 10 appointments per day, and having a show rate of at least 40%
- 100+ calls per day
**90 Day Targets**:
- 300 - 450 appointments completed per month (sum of all assigned clients) (15 per day in month 3)
- 50% show rate
- 120-160 calls per day
- Great feedback from doctors
