**We are seeking a Contract Manager for a permanent role based in East London, Eastern Cape.**

**Applicants are required to meet the following criteria**:

- 3+ years’ experience in service industry - preferably from a solution contract sales industry
- Tertiary qualification preferred
- Valid drivers’ license and very good MS Office knowledge
- Experience in selling soft services / similar services
- Knowledge of cleaning sector, SA Law & HSE

**The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to**:

- Manage and ensure costs remain within budget and promote costs
- Extract and analyze reports
- Maximize the utilization of workforce, supplies and equipment
- Ensure financial performance achieves targets in revenue and marginal growth
- Managing the cost and quality for labour, materials, supplies and subcontracted services

**Salary: R9 000.00 per month**
