**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' educational, emotional, and psychological needs.
- Collaborate with school staff and parents to develop tailored intervention plans and strategies.
- Provide individual and group counseling to students, addressing social, emotional, and behavioural challenges.
- Offer guidance and support to teachers in implementing effective teaching strategies and accommodations for students with special educational needs.
- Contribute to the development of school-wide initiatives to enhance the overall well-being and academic success of students.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the creation of Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs).
- Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in educational psychology to inform your practice.

What you bring to the table:

- A stellar postgrad qualification in Educational Psychology.
- HCPC registration as an Educational Psychologist, or eligibility for registration.
- Experience working in a school setting.
- A good understanding of the educational landscape.
- Sharp assessment and report writing skills.
- Superb communication skills to connect with all stakeholders.
- A passion for inclusivity, diversity, and levelling the playing field in education.
