Landlord Liaison

**Job Title: Landlord Liaison**

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Landlord Liaison.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor expiry dates of lease agreements and ensure timely renewal.
- Maintain effective communication and relationship building with landlords.
- Provide detailed reports of landlord meetings to management.
- Safeguard confidential information contained in files.
- Utilize systems such as Mobitech and Codesphere to automate administrative processes.

**Job Requirements**
- Grade 12 plus project and property management or paralegal qualification.
- Knowledge of municipal bylaws, policies, and procedures.
- Good geographical knowledge of South Africa.
- Working knowledge of MS Office.
- Strategic thinking and well-groomed appearance.
- Valid driver's license and own transport

As a Landlord Liaison, you will leverage your understanding of contracts, negotiation skills, and strong interpersonal relationships with landlords to maintain the current holding of the business through sustainable relationships and stability.
