**ROLE DESCRIPTION**:
Join our team as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator and Provide support to the Global Cognia Flex team in the UK and SA by assisting with the end-to-end recruitment, fulfilment, engagement and talent management cycle.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Support Cognia’s Flex Engagement Managers in the UK and SA;
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment and HR processes for Cognia Flex, including liaising with global alliance partners and clients;
- Generate contracts from provided statements of work, reflecting the terms agreed upon with talent partners.
- Capture flexible resource details across various platforms with precision
- Assist Engagement managers with effective diary management, interview scheduling and day 1 briefing meetings;
- Contribute to the conversion of CVs into standardised formats.
- Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to guarantee data accuracy.
- Work alongside the Engagement Associate to provide People & Culture and community support for Cognia Flex.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Bachelor of Administration desirable.
- A sound understanding and prior experience in the UK and South African recruitment industry is required, preferably within a recruitment agency or a large in-house recruitment team.
- This area is a fast-paced environment and your ability to thrive under pressure, work with multiple stakeholders, and prioritise key issues is essential;
- Strong attention to detail, good organisational skills, and proven strong knowledge of MS Office products and tech savvy;
- Knowledge of HRIS and ATS systems is advantageous;
- Previous experience conducting compliance checks on MIE advantageous.
- Prior experience of payroll matters (desirable) and experience managing timesheet submissions;
- Superior command of the English language (verbal and written); and
- Exceptional administrative skills;
