**Main purpose of the role**

The PC&L Graduate is responsible for performing the following duties:
**Essential responsibilities and duties**

As a PC&L Graduate, your main responsibilities are as follows:

- Using industrial knowledge to contribute to the improving of production system efficiency
- Transfer of knowledge and experience to Plant personnel, through workshops and shop floor improvement activities
- Tracking and analysis of machine and personnel efficiency
- Assist with any additional tasks as assigned by the company
- Assist with material planning and shortage planning
- Clear and monitor IODC errors

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Education: Diploma/ Degree in Logistics or any related qualification from an accredited institution
- Knowledge and experience:

- Microsoft Office
- Willing to work extended hours
- Problem solving capabilities
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills
- Ability to share knowledge and work in a strong team oriented environment
- Languages: ability to speak, write and read the English language
