Duties/Pligte _Are you a seasoned project manager with a talent for planning, executing, and leading teams in an environment where projects are diverse in terms of size, scope, focus/theme/field and stakeholders? We're looking for a dedicated project manager to join our team and drive our projects to success through meticulous planning, effective execution, focused change management and strong stakeholder engagement._

**Key responsibilities**:

- ** Project planning and scheduling**:Developing detailed project plans and schedules to ensure timely and successful delivery.Coordinating resources, setting milestones, and managing dependencies to keep projects on track;
- ** Managing project execution**: Overseeing the day-to-day execution of projects, ensuring adherence to plans, budgets, and quality standards. Addressing any issues that arise promptly and adjusting strategies as needed to keep projects aligned with objectives;
- ** Managing the project team**:Leading and motivating a diverse project team, fostering collaboration and ensuring everyone is aligned with project goals. Providing guidance, support and feedback to help team members excel and contribute effectively;
- ** Stakeholder engagement**: Engaging with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment with project goals. **Sleutelverantwoordelikhede**:

- ** Projekbeplanning en -skedulering**:Ontwikkel gedetailleerde projekplanne en -skedules om tydige en suksesvolle lewering te verseker. Koördineer hulpbronne, stel mylpale en bestuur afhanklikhede om projekte se vordering te handhaaf;
- ** Bestuur van projekuitvoering**:Hou toesig oor die daaglikse uitvoering van projekte deur seker te maak dat daar aan planne, begrotings en gehaltestandaarde voldoen word. Hanteer sonder versuim enige kwessies wat opduik en pas strategieë soos nodig aan om projekte in ooreenstemming met doelwitte te hou;
- ** Bestuur die projekspan**:Lei en motiveer 'n uiteenlopende projekspan, bevorder samewerking en maak seker dat almal op hoogte van projekdoelwitte is. Verskaf leiding, steun en terugvoer om spanlede te help om uitblinkers te wees wat doeltreffende bydraes lewer;
- ** Skakeling met belanghebbendes**: Skakel met sowel interne as eksterne belanghebbendes om duidelike kommunikasie en belyning met projekdoelwitte te verseker. Bou en handhaaf sterk verhoudinge om samewerking te verseker en hanteer enige besorgdhede of vereistes.

Job Requirements/Pos Vereistes **Essential qualifications**:

- Honours degree or equivalent qualification;
- Project management qualification.

**Essential work experience**:

- At least five years' experience in project management;
- Experience in leading projects;
