Join our team as a Media.SPACE agent, where you'll have the exciting opportunity to contribute to Atmosphere's innovative approach to real estate. As a key member of our in-house media and film division, Media.SPACE, you'll travel to vacant commercial properties to capture captivating images and information, collaborating with property managers and landlords. With a focus on ensuring high-quality exposure to all our listings, your role is essential in helping our clients' properties shine in the competitive real estate market, while benefiting from our cutting-edge technology and personalized content approach.

**Responsibilities**
- Media: (On-Site)_
- Traveling to vacant commercial properties with the purpose of capturing images and gathering information (assigned per asset class [retail, industrial, commercial] and area) as stipulated in weekly brief from manager via fund vacancy schedules.
- Setting up meetings with building managers, portfolio managers or landlords to gain access to relevant properties.
- High quality photography and videography of properties (equipment supplied).
- Gathering high level information of properties from landlords.
- Managing pipelines and calendar to ensure KPI’s are met.
- Administration: Portals (In-Office)_
- Creating listings on Portals (Prop Data - P24 and PP)
- Drafting listing descriptions as per company guidelines

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

License/Certification:
