**Medical Practice Management Software Sales Representative, Johannesburg**

A medical practice management software company is looking for sales representatives in the Johannesburg area to identify and sell their product offering to medical practitioners who will utilise their practice software programme in their practice setting.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify new sales opportunities and close deals for new accounts.
- Support in lead generation and book client appointments.
- Build strong relationships with customers.
- Identify customer needs and requirements to promote the companys solutions.
- Drive the timely delivery of services and products to customers in collaboration with Management.
- Prepare and deliver effective product demos to clients as part of the negotiation strategies.
- Manage sales contracts, track customers and get feedback on cross-functional activities across departments from Management.
- Set up dashboards and reports, to track sales and identify areas for improvement.
- Have a detailed understanding of the sales strategy, sales pitch to ensure a confident and professional delivery of the product offering is achieved.
- Assist in developing sales-related documents.
- Prepare a detailed sales strategy for your given area and target market for presentation to management and shareholders.
- Negotiate contracts with prospective clients.
- Assist in determining pricing schedules for quotes and costing schedules.
- Work alongside the marketing team to assist in campaigns, social media and general marketing documents.
- Supply management with customer reconciliation reports, financial feedback and forecasting when requested, including pipeline support.
- Maintain regular check-ins with HOD Sales to determine how sales opportunities are tracking against plan and identify any problems for internal review and problem-solving.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
- Assist with ad-hoc requests from management.

**Salary**:

- Market related.
- Travel allowance is afforded
- In addition, an aggressive and annuity commission structure is offered.

**Qualifications**:

- Grade 12/Matric (Essential).
- Sales or Marketing Qualification
- Degree Desirable.

**Experience**:

- 3 to 5 years of sales experience.
- Experience with selling a practice management software programme is essential.
- Experience in IT information technology would be an advantage

**Job Knowledge**:

- Knowledge of the Medical Industry is essential.
- Knowledge of Medical Practices and systems is essential.
