Site Foreman

**Job Duties/Responsibilities will include**:
Promote, demonstrate, and instil Safely Culture in all aspects of the business

Ensure employees are following all company's, client and governmental safety requirements.

Conduct compulsory weekly safety talks with the staff

Understand scope of contract and client work management.

Performs Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) (including inspection and documentation) of the work.

Review and approve equipment and supplies requisitions as needed and ensure that the proper equipment is being used for the specific tasks.

Estimate and plan material and worker requirements to complete the job.

Assign work to direct reports.

Keep up-to-date and accurate time records.

Suggest and initiate personnel actions, such as medicals, training, promotions, transfers and disciplinary actions.

Examine and inspect equipment, and sites to verify safety and ensure that specifications are met

Recommend measures to improve production methods and equipment performance to increase efficiency, safety, profitability, and service delivery.

Demonstrate visible felt leadership.

Plan and manage equipment count.

5 years supervisory / leadership experience.

Nace 1 Accredited.

Work in an indoor and outdoor environment.

Extensive Travel in and around South Africa and Africa as required.

Working at Heights and in Confined Spaces.

Must be able to work in all types of environments i.e. extreme heat or cold and high stress environments.

Must have transportation to and from the work.

Must have a Code 08 drivers’ license.

Work overtime as and when required.

Able to mobilize from project to project across All Regions in South Africa and Surrounding African Regions on short notice.

Must always be free from substance abuse.

Work from mobile site offices.

Adhere to client site specific regulations.
