**Job Title: Tyre Foreman**

**Job Purpose**:
The incumbent is responsible for inspecting vehicle tyres and the related components, checking for signs of damage and or wear and tear.
**Qualification**
- Matric
- Post matric qualification ideal.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience industry experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Clear criminal record.

**Tasks**
**Operational Managemen**t
- Ensure that tire maintenance procedures and standards are implemented and managed in strict accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures Manual
- Ensure that standard documentation is implemented and controlled.
- Ensure that all staff is properly trained on Standard Operating Procedures
- Lead, guide, and manage staff to ensure that all deadlines are met as specified in the Standard Operating Procedures Manual
- Lead, guide, and manage staff to ensure that key deliverables are met as specified in the Standard Operating Procedures Manual
- Performs and reports on monthly audits of all sites monthly.
- Maintain and reports on Tire Life for all depots and consolidated every month.
- Report on tire spend per truck per depot per month.
- Maintain a hands-on presence.
- Take responsibility for team performance
**Health and Safety Management**
- Ensure that Health and Safety Management procedures and standards are implemented and managed in strict accordance with the company HSE policies.
- Ensure that company Health and Safety File, policy and procedures are maintained.
- Ensure compliance to customer Health and Safety regulations.
**Asset Management**
- Ensures proper care and maintenance of all equipment.
- Ensures safe custody of own and customer equipment and tires
**Financial Management**
- Ensure that order, purchase and creditors Management procedures and standards are implemented and managed in strict accordance with the company procedures.
- Adherence to the approved budgets.
- Ensures that all invoicing is completed and submitted timeously.
- Follows up on and resolves any customer account queries.
- Ensure that tire expense budgets are met.
**Human Resource Management**
- Ensure that Human Resources Management procedures and standards are implemented and managed in strict accordance with the company policies.
- Ensure that staff are allocated adequately.
- Ensure proper staff discipline is maintained as per the disciplinary code of conduct.
- Ensure that the performance of your subordinates is monitored.
- Ensure subordinate development.
- Identify training needs and facilitates or arranges required training.
- Ensures staff comply with company code of ethic.
- Prepare leave plans, signs and submit leave forms.
- Ensures timeous and correct submission of wage hours monthly.

**Education**:

Ability to Relocate:
- Alberton, Gauteng: Relocate before starting work (required)
