**POSITION: Medical Receptionist**
**LOCATION: Stellenbosch, Western Cape**
**INDUSTRY: Specialist Medical Practice**

Specialist medical practice seeking a well-organized, self-motivated, outgoing and energetic member to join our team.

**APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS**:

- National senior certificate (matric)
- 5 years in a similar receptionist position
- health care experience strongly preferred
- Qualification in administrative/ secretarial functions highly recommended

**DUTIES WILL INCLUDE**:

- Scheduling, effective diary and appointment management
- In rooms collection of payments and receipting
- Managing of patient enquires in a professional manner
- Effective record keeping and other office duties as assigned
- Basic understanding of medical procedures and basic medical equipment

**SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES**:

- Excellent computer literacy, knowledge of computer programs and functionality
- Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Flexibility and a team centered work ethic
- Excellent dependability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Exceptionally well presented and professional

**HOURS**:Monday to Friday from 08h00-17h00

**SALARY**: Competitive package - negotiable
