Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and experienced **Caretaking Couple** to manage a stunning private beach/holiday house in Gordon's Bay. If you are a responsible duo with a passion for property management and hospitality, we want to hear from you

**Position Overview**:

- ** Location**: Gordons Bay
- ** Compensation**: Competitive salary with accommodation provided on-site. Utilities and basic living expenses covered. Potential for bonuses based on performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:Housekeeping**: Perform daily cleaning, laundry, and ensure the house is always guest-ready.
**Maintenance**: Handle general repairs, manage utilities, and coordinate with service providers to maintain the property.
**Gardening**: Maintain the garden and landscaping, ensuring all outdoor areas are well-kept and inviting.
️ **Cooking**: Prepare meals for the owners or guests as required.
**Security**: Ensure the property is secure at all times, monitoring and managing access.

**Requirements**: ✔️ Previous experience in a similar caretaking or property management role preferred.
✔️ Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
✔️ Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team.
✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
❌ No children, dependents, or pets permitted.
Valid driver’s licenses are required.
