**Job Summary**:
To provide efficient and effective secretarial and administrative support to the Hospital Manager and contribute to overall hospital operations.

**Minimum Qualifications and Experience**:

- Grade 12
- NQF 5/6 Secretarial OR Office Administration
- 3years’ experience in an administrative/secretarial role.
- Previous experience in a hospital environment advantageous.
- Computer proficiency
- Event planning and coordination
- Typing skills
- Telephone etiquette.
- Administrative skills
- Minute taking.
- Formatting and styling of written communication

**Minimum Job Requirements**:

- Coordinate calendars, arrange meetings and make bookings for the Hospital Manager.
- Prepare correspondence as and when required.
- Schedule meetings (appointments) and ensure that all the necessary documentation is available.
- Coordinate and organize hospital events as required.
- Attend meetings and take accurate minutes.
- Collate documentation and reports for the Hospital Manager
- Effectively manage and drive all hospital meetings and forums.
- Ensure the accurate filing of documentations such as:

- Hospital Contracts and Legal documents
- DOH correspondence and inspections.
- Hospital audit results
- Completion of ad-hoc and administrative duties as requested by the Hospital Manager
- Coordinate the servicing and repair of office equipment.
