Contact Centre Sales Consultant

DJTM is an outbound call centre operating within various industries.
The nature of work, the duties and responsibilities of the agents, and the skills required varies slightly from one industry to another.
However, as a general rule, all consultants would need to do these three things:
- Make outbound calls to people/businesses,
- Try and Meet the purpose of the call - either an appointment or a lead / Selling a Product/ Service / Solution
- Capture and update the interaction on our CRM.
- To make outgoing calls to Companies/People and able to have a high-level interaction with individuals in senior roles Or individuals
- To inform them about service offerings of clients; or to promote services on behalf of a client
- To listen to objections and handle them effectively.
- To enter the details of every interaction in the system, or on workbooks.
- Would be required to either contact people who could become potential customers in the future, or call existing customers and up-sell additional products and services to them.
- Confirmation of personal and/or business information
- Inform and educate the customers about the product or service.
**Working Hours**:
Monday to Friday: 08h00 - 17h00
Saturday: 09h00 -13h00 (Will discuss this)
**Remuneraton**:
R2000.00 Baisc and commission
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temp to perm
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 40 per week
**Salary**: From R2,000.00 per month
COVID-19 considerations:
We are not client facing. There might be an opportunity to work remotely once certain competency criteria is met, and the necessary infrastructure is available.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Wynberg, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- High School (matric) (preferred)
