Our client offers clients various debt repair solutions to improve their over all credit history. We are looking for a strong administrator to join their team that has an extensive background in dealing with all administrative functions within the debt management environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle all correspondence with creditors, debt counselors, and clients.
- Prepare and submit all related documents.
- Negotiate proposals and monitor payments.
- Follow up on late and missed payments.
- Work on debt mediation CRM and PDA software.
- Prepare, update, and maintain the debt mediation portfolio of clients
- Manage and control all forms of communication.
- Attend to any ad-hoc instructions.
- Chase updated account balances.
- Ensure that payment schedules are updated to the last payment recorded on file
- Maintain a level of professionalism.
- Excellent communication skills
- Must have a clear tone and accent.
- Must have great Customer service.
- Matric Certificate
- Clear Criminal record
- Clear ITC (Advantageous but not a requirement)
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure work environments.
- Strong analytical and telephonic communication skills
- Expertise in building and maintaining customers relationships.
- Debt counselling certificate (Advantageous)
- Excellent time keeping and attendance records.
- 2 years of debt management &/or Debt review admin experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), debt mediation & PDA Software.

- Grade 12 - 2 to 3 years leadership/supervisory experience within New Accounts and/or services environment - Experience and/or knowledge of Vision Plus, Presence and Tableau reporting will be a strong advantage. - PC literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills - Pro-active and energetic - Highly service orientated and results driven - Will go the extra mile to resolve client issues/queries - Solid team player - Excellent organisational and administration skills with strong attention to detail - Good planning skills - Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks - Ability to work well under pressure - Be able to work shifts as per the department roster
