**We are seeking a Production Manager for a permanent role based in East London, Eastern Cape**

**Applicants are required to meet the following criteria**:

- 3-4 year technical qualification : BSc Eng (Electrical, mechanical or chemical) / B. Engineering / Operations Management essential
- FMCG experience 3-4 years leading production teams (bottling industry required)
- Leadership capability and MS Office & SAP experience

**The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to**:

- Contribute to material planning process and ensure daily production / manufacturing schedule is aligned
- Work to guarantee order fulfillment and monitor daily production / manufacturing schedule
- Manage entire end to ed produces and supervise production of products
- Ensure infrastructure maintained and monitor SHERQ framework
- Monitoring SHERQ compliance and ensure all regulations are enforced
- Ensure adherence to Quality, Food Safety, Health, Safety & Environmental Standards
- Contamination control / health & safety measures
- Attend/enforce training sessions
- Operational planning and budgeting processes
- Drive continuous improvement and ensure adherence to operational and financial frameworks
- Manage cost drivers and mitigate financial risk
