The Manager: Broadcasting, will manage a production team, responsible for delivering production services and creative support across record labels, production, filming and radio, not limited to, Staging, Lighting, Sound & Vision, Broadcast & Digital, Corporate Events, Stage Management and Production Management to enable the safe and efficient delivery of performances and events throughout our clients venues.
**Position Purpose with Specific Accountabilities**:
- Undertake a series of performances and events;
- Incorporate and promote innovation and style in the development and delivery of programs;
- Develop and utilise all assets, working across the business;
- Grasp the opportunities for arts and culture within the digital sphere;
- Have a creative and collaborative approach to working with partners, seeking to promote the most significant achievements possible;

- Responsible for driving revenue and delivering broadcast services and all other related filming services;
- This is a diverse role that supports and delivers a variety of broadcast, recording and digital services to all presenters and stakeholders;
- The role interfaces directly with clients and all production teams, supporting the event end to end process.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Tertiary qualifications in Recording and/or Broadcast Technology or equivalent professional experience in Broadcast, Film, Television, & Performing Arts;
- Experience in managing and developing teams within a complex recording, broadcast and/or post production environment;
- Experience in the development and implementation of business plans and capital works proposals;
- Experience in high level financial areas including forecasting, budgets and revenue generation in a technical sales role or equivalent;
- Experience in developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
- Extensive knowledge and understanding in the disciplines of broadcast and recording and a high level of technical expertise;
- Full MS Office knowledge with excel reporting.

- Develop the budget alongside the Finance Manager and CEO, by identifying activities and costs, preparing the budget and submitting it annually and as required;

- Manage the performance of staff by agreeing on performance expectations, building relationships with staff, motivating staff, providing staff with feedback, supporting staff development, addressing areas of non-performance and implementing corrective action monthly and as required;
