RESPONSIBILITIES

**KPA 1**: Ensure effective administration of all daily functions of the parts departments
Follow up and monitor daily parts orders
Ensure that the prices and parts are correct and updated as necessary in line with company procedure and accepted practices
Ensure that discount parameters are adhered to.
Ensure at all times the availability of parts (e.g. Service parts)
Check invoice parts and credits against invoices where applicable
Assisting with the compilation of data in regards to the parts and price lists.
Update Service kits according to company policies (pricing)

**KPA 2**: Ensure effective costing in collaboration with workshop through the Costing and Admin Clerks
Create Quotation estimations
Request Estimate Job Cards from Mechanic
Compile Estimates in Mechanic Desk.
Ensure the correct process of invoicing by using the correct parts, price and correct account
Create a Purchase Order and submit for approval/authorisation
Capture the Supplier Invoice into Mechanic Desk
Ensure all information is uploaded on the system (scanned Job cards)
