- Promote Sales and assist the store in achieving sales target.
- Respond quickly to meet customer expectations.
- Shares information with customers to educate them about the products on offer.
- Resolves problems within the boundaries of store procedures.

**Stock Control**
- Stockroom always neat and tidy.
- Remain alert at all times to ensure the security of the store.
- Conduct general store housekeeping and ensure areas are kept neat and tidy.

**Manage Own Activities**
- Prioritizes duties and tasks to ensure that work is completed on time.
- Uses time effectively and prevents irrelevant issues or distractions from interfering with work completion.
- Dedicates the required rime and energy to duties or tasks to ensure high standards are maintained.

**Skills & Requirements**

Grade 12 Qualification

1 year's experience in a customer service position.

Computer literate

Good communication skills

Strong customer service orientation

High energy levels

Must be active and an Outdoor adventure enthusiast

Positive attitude

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 - 40 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Somerset West, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
