We’re looking for a dynamic all-rounder who will support in ensuring efficient and creative implementation of our strategic communication across the Company using existing multi channels, social media and internal events through the design, production, and distribution of communication materials including preparing and submitting relevant materials for non-branded public awareness campaign for approval through the relevant systems.

**Key Areas of Exposure**:

- Support in the development and implementation of the communication strategy for the organisation including digital communication campaigns, ensuring targeted communication and internal campaigns
- Support the implementation of the internal and external communication plans across business units.
- Optimize and manage all internal communication opportunities including newsletters and electronic media
- Lead/Support communication initiatives and events inclusive of the various diversity, equity and inclusion chapters
- Assist the organisation with wide internal communication deployment (CLA and notices)
- Upload and facilitate the approval process for content.
- Upload, facilitate and ensure timeous approval process for departmental events.
- Create and manage secured and non-secured folders for compliance documents including contracts, patient information and all necessary processes and contracts due for renewal for the department
- The incumbent will also be responsible for the department’s knowledge management through proper document control and paperwork in line with our compliance processes and applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as well as support our grants disbursement processes in support of health systems strengthening initiatives across SSA.

**Other Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with other internal teams (e.g. medical, compliance and sales) to develop and monitor strategic communication initiatives
- Analyse and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns
- Develop and create marketing materials for social media
- Assist with generating purchase orders for events.
- Engage with various stakeholders across the business to work on projects.
- Work with external agencies and vendors to execute communication programs
- Effectively manage daily administrative tasks
- Coordinate with the marketing design and content teams to generate digital and print advertising material for non-branded campaigns and social media

**Requirements**:

- Relevant degree (Communications, Marketing, etc.)
- Post
- graduate qualification would be an advantage.
