Main duties include:

- Delegate duties to staff members to ensure staff are efficiently engaged, discipline of staff members, assist with the hiring and training of staff members.
- Merchandising and layout of shop floor and monthly front shop changes.
- Assist in managing shop maintenance, management of stock levels on the floor and security of the store.
- Authorising credits and cash refunds, booking in of stock and monitoring and enforcing company policies related to staff.
- Supervision of bulk store to ensure stores are always properly organised, stock is correctly stored, and stores are kept clean and tidy.

Supervise all staff in the Operations Department, including picking, pre-packing, packaging and barcoding with emphais on accuracy and time management.
- Manage the reports from the Operations Department daily.

Criteria:

- Relevant qualification in management or similar discipline
- 2 - 5 Years relevant experience
- Supervisory skills and organizastional skills
- Good product and system knowledge
