RESPONSIBILITIES
- Daily management of projects.
- Managing daily schedules using project management software. This will include booking in jobs and liaising with staff and clients to find convenient bookings.
- Overseeing project resources. This includes ordering required materials for jobs and ensuring timeous supplier deliveries.
- Follow the purchase order procedure to ensure proper paperwork trail.
- Be responsible for keeping everyone on task and projects on deadline, handling the logistics and keeping all parties updated on the progress.
- Work with staff to accomplish tasks. This includes setting up the crews each morning for their scheduled jobs.
- Maintain and build relationships with suppliers database.
- Research and investigate alternative suppliers so that we can remain competitive.
- Identify opportunities to adjust and revise work processes in order to increase efficiency.
- Constantly update our internal project management system (CU - ClickUp / Slack)
- Develop work schedules for various departments to ensure that projects and processes are on schedule.
- Communicate potential problems to project teams and recommending solutions.
- Create timelines, instructions, and breakdowns for future projects.
- Informing project teams of any updates and changes as and when they occur. The Debrief Chat must be constantly monitored, and feedback supplied to keep teams on track.

**Salary**: From R8,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cape Town, Western Cape 7441: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Procurement: 2 years (required)
- Project Management: 2 years (required)
- Microsoft Office / Office & Excel: 1 year (required)
