- Division: Marketing Department- Reporting to: Head of Marketing- ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Campaign Effectiveness: Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns by monitoring key metrics such as reach, engagement, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI). Assess the impact of campaigns on brand visibility and customer acquisition.- Brand Visibility: Monitor brand visibility metrics. Measure the increase in brand awareness and perception across different channels, including online and traditional channels, events and exhibitions.- Customer Engagement: Assess the level of customer engagement and identify opportunities to improve customer interaction and loyalty.- Cross-Channel Integration: Assess the level of integration and alignment among various marketing channels. Monitor the effectiveness of cross-channel promotions and campaigns in driving customer engagement and conversion.- Marketing Analytics: Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and marketing strategies. Track and analyse key marketing analytics, such as customer acquisition costs, customer lifetime value, conversion rates, and channel attribution.- Team Performance: Evaluate the performance and productivity of the multichannel team. Assess their ability to meet deadlines, achieve targets, and collaborate effectively with other teams. Monitor team morale and employee satisfaction.- PR and Media Coverage: Measure the success of PR initiatives and media communications by tracking media coverage, positive media placements, and brand mentions. Monitor brand reputation and media sentiment.- Lead Generation: Measure the effectiveness of lead generation strategies in acquiring qualified leads. Monitor lead quality, conversion rates, and the contribution of different channels to lead generation efforts.- **Inherent Requirements**
- JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Matric/Equivalent;- Certification/Diploma in Marketing/Business Management;- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Business Administration is beneficial;- Proven experience in multichannel marketing, campaign planning and implementation;- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team;- Excellent project management and organizational skills;- Solid understanding of marketing analytics and the ability to derive actionable insights from data;- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and tools;- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams;- Up-to-date knowledge of marketing trends, technologies, and best practices;- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities;- Well-founded experience in sales and account development;- Ability to present complex solutions to high level management and decision-makers;- Excellent communication skills;- Clear disciplinary record, criminal record and credit history**What Qualification**
