Sectional Title Portfolio Manager

Minimum Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration)
- 5+ years’ experience as a Sectional Title Portfolio Manager.
- In-depth knowledge of sectional title legislation, regulations, and management practices.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple sectional title schemes simultaneously.
- Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in relevant software and technology tools used in sectional title management.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player.

Responsibilities will include:

- Setting up and onboarding new schemes within the portfolio.
- Managing day-to-day operations of multiple schemes, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Providing expert advice and guidance to scheme trustees and owners.
- Handling financial management aspects, including budgeting, financial reporting, and levy collections.
- Resolving complex issues and disputes within schemes effectively and efficiently.
- Monitoring and coordinating maintenance and repair activities within schemes.
