By diligently performing the tasks, a debtors clerk helps ensure the financial stability and liquidity of the company by effectively managing its accounts receivable.

**Requirements**:

- Matric
- English & Afrikaans
- Debtors knowledge & experience (5 years +)
- Syspro experience (essential)
- Reliable transport

**Duties (but not limited to**:

- Invoicing
- Account Reconciliation
- Payment Processing
- Follow-up on Overdue Accounts
- Maintaining Customer Records
- Credit Control
- Resolving Discrepancies
- Reporting
- Communication with Other Departments
- Maintaining Documentation
- Continuous Improvement
