As the Senior Financial Controller for e-commerce, you will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and providing strategic guidance to enhance profitability. **Responsibilities**:

- Lead the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to mitigate risk and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support in decision-making processes.
- Monitor and communicate key financial metrics, analyzing trends and variances to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage audits and tax compliance, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior finance team members, fostering professional growth and development.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or CPA certification preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices, as well as taxation laws and regulations.
- Proven experience in financial planning, forecasting, and analysis.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into meaningful insights.
- Proficient in using financial management software and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial information to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
- Strong leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully managing teams and driving results.
