Dealer Principal - Durban KwaZulu-Natal

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide strategic leadership and direction to all dealership departments to ensure the achievement of sales, service, and operational objectives.
- Develop and implement business plans, budgets, and performance targets to drive profitability and growth.
- Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and customer-centricity throughout the organization.
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team of managers and staff, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
- Cultivate strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and industry partners to enhance the dealership's reputation and market presence.
- Stay abreast of market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to inform business decisions and strategies.
- Oversee dealership operations, including sales, marketing, finance, service, parts, and administration, to ensure efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
- Implement best practices and process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness and customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and manufacturer requirements, as well as company policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Extensive experience in automotive sales and dealership management, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership abilities with a strategic mindset and the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Sound financial acumen and experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Deep understanding of dealership operations, sales processes, and customer service principles.
- Proficiency in dealership management software and other relevant tools.
- Commitment to integrity, ethics, and professionalism.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
