This is a permanent, full time position.

Remuneration: Basic salary + commission

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in selling high-end products, preferably in a gallery or similar art-related setting.
- A mature and composed demeanor, possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clientele and international buyers.
- Proficiency in handling negotiations and closing deals with a persuasive and diplomatic approach.
- Multilingual abilities or experience dealing with foreign buyers is highly advantageous.
- A passion for art, creativity, and a genuine interest in fostering a vibrant art community.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting the Art Gallery Manager in overseeing day-to-day gallery operations, including exhibit preparations, art installations, and maintaining gallery aesthetics.
- Engaging with potential buyers and providing exceptional customer service to enhance their art purchasing experience.
- Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with foreign buyers, understanding their preferences, and tailoring services to meet their specific needs.
- Participating in gallery events and art fairs to expand the gallery's reach and network with art enthusiasts and collectors.
- Assisting in marketing efforts, including online promotion, social media management, and maintaining a well-curated website presence.
- Managing inventory, tracking sales, and ensuring accurate record-keeping of transactions and customer details.
- Collaborating with the gallery team to develop strategies for boosting sales and increasing customer satisfaction.
