Marketing Administrator

**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain and organise marketing materials, files, and documents
- Manage marketing calendars and schedules to ensure timely execution of campaigns and activities
- Assist in the development and maintenance of marketing databases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure the accurate dissemination of marketing materials
- Communicate effectively with vendors, suppliers, and team members regarding marketing-related matters
- Engage with clients, partners, and colleagues in a friendly and approachable manner
- Foster positive relationships through effective communication and collaboration
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and the ability to handle challenging situations
- Thrive in a fast-paced and pressurised marketing environment
- Actively participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions
- Work cooperatively with team members to achieve marketing goals
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing events, including conferences, webinars, and product launches
- Handle logistics such as venue selection, catering, and coordination of event materials
- Manage inventory levels of marketing materials and promotional items
- Place orders for marketing materials through an internal online shop
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate delivery schedules to ensure timely availability
**Requirements**:
- Degree in marketing, business, sales, administration or similar
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with marketing software and tools is an advantage
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have a high level of commitment and initiative
- Have a positive team spirit and impressive social skills
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks
