Temporary Payroll Administration Clerk

Our client in Franschhoek is looking for a Payroll Administration Clerk on a 6 Month contract.
**Duties includes**:
Assist with the administration of wages (fortnight and monthly) - which includes leave, savings, pay slips and monthly procedure
Acting as a “Back up” for Senior Payroll Administrator
Assist with audit administration, also includes: Labour and Financial audits
Pension funds and general policy administration
Filing
Leave Administration
UIF administration
Provide general admin assistance for Senior Payroll Administrator
Assisting managers/wage staff with payroll queries
**Requirements**:
Fluent in Afrikaans and English and good communication skills with employees on all levels
Matric qualification with a tertiary qualification
Good numeracy skills
Good computer skills: Excel, Microsoft office
Must have previous experience in a financial and or payroll environment
Keep Confidential information a must
Own transport
Work well under pressure
**Salary: R12 000 - R15 000.
