**Main Purpose of the Job**:
**Job Output**
- Ensure pricing and details are always updated and correct
- Working closely with the dial administrator, provide and co - ordinate all dial campaigns in line with monthly and weekly plans
- Implement planned and ad hoc SMS campaigns as required

**Load messaging within existing customer online account and other new channels**
- Work closely with the PO teams to ensure that the messaging opportunities within the online account (notifications/ headline banners/ banners) are loaded and updated in line with plans
- Implement messages in any new channels as required

**Implement Mweb Reseller and corporate customer communication**
- Keep track of and manage HTML files and SMS’s
- Support sales and ops team with manual SMS as needed including emergency comms

**Skills and Competencies**
- Strong online understanding and understanding of trigger based marketing campaigns across channels, with specific focus on existing customers online accounts and other online channels including landing pages
- High levels of written English required
- Must demonstrate the ability to manage various campaigns, implement on time and deliver detailed and accurate reports
- High action orientation and exceptional attention to detail
- Takes initiative to solve problems and ask questions
- Be able to operate in fast paced, pressurized situations
- High levels of tech/ connectivity interest and understanding
- High levels of initiative and self -management

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Marketing qualification. Degree or Diploma
- 2 years + experience working in a junior marketing role within a marketing team
- Experience working on CRM or existing customer bases required
- Experience working on consumer brands. Those operating within Ecommerce and tech/IT category experience a distinct advantage
- Corporate experience preferred
