Located in the Port of Cape Town, we are dedicated to delivering excellence in maritime craftsmanship. This role provides an exciting opportunity to contribute to the finishing touches of our high-quality marine vessels.

**Job Purpose**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, priming, and masking.
- Collaborate with the boat building team to achieve the desired aesthetic and protective finishes.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards in spray painting work.

**Desired Experience & Qualification**:

- Painting or spray painting qualification with boat building or automotive spray painting experience.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Boat building experience is preferred, but strong spray painting experience is valuable.

**Qualifying Attributes**:

- Strong attention to detail and precision in spray painting work.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn.
- Commitment to safety and quality standards.

**Salary**: Negotiable, commensurate with experience.
