**Job Purpose**

Assist the Quality Control Lab and Technical Sales and Support departments by performing spray outs of different paint products within the new spray booth located in Blackheath.

**Duties / Responsibilities**
- Spray out products periodically to ensure consistent quality.
- Maintain 5s standards, as best as possible, within relevant area of responsibility.
- Participate in ODM activities within area of responsibility.
- Assist with quality complaints by performing spray outs on relevant samples.
- Assist quality control by performing relevant tests as required by the quality control plan.
- Assist with testing new products as and when required.

**Experience Required**
- Matric/Grade 12
- Experience in spray painting would be advantageous
- Experience in Manufacturing Plant would be advantageous
- Ability to communicate in English & Afrikaans
- Adhere to company rules and procedures; execute plans with commitment and determination; achieves high quality results
- Communicate in a clear, precise and structured way
- Co-operate well with others; share knowledge, experience and information; support others in the pursuit of team goals
- Be aware of own strengths and limitations and pursues learning and career development opportunities
