**Duties**:

- Administration of the Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) system
- Correctly maintain all documentation relating to equipment and checklists as per procedures
- Assist in analysing department data captured and report/highlight trends seen or administration deviations
- Ensure investigations are done correctly, captured and signed off correctly
- Assist with taking minutes during meetings and follow ups as needed
- Assist with the implementation and improvements of the company Health and Safety policies and procedures and the Quality Management System
- Role will report to the Operations Manager
