**Admin Duties**
- Managing inventory and ordering necessary parts and components for pump repairs and installations.
- Compiling and analyzing reports to provide insights into business performance.
- Proactively resolving queries from internal and external stakeholders, providing timely and accurate responses to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assisting with various administrative tasks, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence, to support managing director.

**Finance Administration**:

- Generating invoices and statements accurately on Quick books. Efficiently allocating payments received to the corresponding accounts.
- Proactively following up on overdue accounts by requesting payments and implementing appropriate strategies for debt collection.
- Conducting thorough reconciliations of statements to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies promptly.**Inherent Requirements**
