Job Title: Fleet Analyst
Area: Alrode, Gauteng.
Monthly Salary: R15 000 - R21 000

Job Description:
As a Logistics Fleet Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining operational excellence by meticulously adhering to all company procedures, standards, and client specifications. This role will involve working closely with various teams to ensure the smooth execution of logistics operations across different areas.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance of operational resources including drivers, vehicles, and equipment.
Handle operational activities related to fleet management and documentation, including routine preventive and corrective maintenance, fuel consumption tracking, cost administration, quotations, tracking, inventory management, and maintenance of stock of parts and tires.
Achieve operational performance indicators set for the unit.
Ensure compliance with legislation and maintain safe working conditions for freight carriers, drivers, and forklift operators.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and transportation suppliers aligned with the company's and client's needs.
Perform related activities as requested by superiors.
Safeguard the company's assets including vehicles, equipment, resources, and facilities.
Demonstrate flexibility with working hours and availability.
Properly utilize uniforms and protective equipment provided by the company.
Commit to operational goals set jointly with clients and Excellence Program.
Exhibit personal and professional conduct aligned with the role.
Requirements:
Proven experience in logistics operations coordination or similar roles.
Strong understanding of transportation regulations and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and logistics management software.
Flexibility to adapt to changing operational needs.
Commitment to upholding high standards of safety and operational efficiency.
