Supervising a team of Onboarding/Offboarding Administrators for designated business operation ensuring that onboarding/offboarding governance, service level agreements and data accuracy policies are adhered to, therefore ensuring high quality outputs.

**KEY TASKS**

The Onboarding/Offboarding Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of the Onboarding/Offboarding administration teams. Leading a team of administrator for various designated business operations, they will assure the teams are optimal right-sized, appropriately skilled and trained and delivering against agreed SLA’s and KPI’s.

**Technical**
- Provide expert knowledge, education and guidance to the team to ensure efficiency of administrative processes for on/offboarding.
- Supervises the day-to-day administration of policies and practices for designated business operation.
- Regularly review adherence to processes and address appropriately.
- Continually identify process improvement opportunities in your area and communicate these appropriately.
- Conduct regular audits on on/offboarding processes to determine root cause for bottlenecks and monitor corrections to ensure improvements are realised.
- Actively supports the delivery of the people strategy through tactical HR interventions and management of administration staff.
- Foster a constructive and productive working environment.
- Monitor the work of each team member and provide regular and useful feedback to them on how they are performing.
- Drive delivery of objectives and holding team members to account for their work.

**Commercial**
- Ensures that the team process all new joiners/movers/leavers efficiently within the set Service Level Agreements, Key Performance Areas
- Ensures that an experienced focused, value add approach to the operational delivery of the service is at the heart of everything the team delivers.

**People/Leadership**
- Demonstrate behavior in line with the Group’s values, standards and a professional workplace.
- Participate as an effective team member in working collaboratively with your leader, peers and relevant others (including from other teams where relevant) to achieve business goals.

**Work Processes**:

- Work within policies, processes and systems and advise your leader of any issues which impede your, or the team’s performance
- Qualifications
- Matric/Grade 12
- National Diploma or Degree in Business or Human Resources (NQF level 6) or higher is an advantage.

**EXPERIENCE**
- 2 to 4 years Supervisory/Leadership experience, working in a HR/TA environment, preferably managing high volume teams.
- Stakeholder engagement/management experience
- Good understanding of shared services and service management processes (performance management, service level management, customer surveys, continuous improvement, etc.); Operational knowledge and experience highly favoured
- Strong PC skills, with a confident approach working with MS Office
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities **.**
