**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and preparing sales-related documents.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of sales reports, presentations, and sales collateral.
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, facilitating communication and ensuring timely resolution of inquiries or issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance the efficiency of sales operations.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system (Kerridge) and assist in data entry and management tasks as needed.
**Basic Requirements**:
- A course or diploma in business administration, sales, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Kerridge).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in sales support or customer service would be a plus.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience.
