**SALES COORDINATOR - Paarden Eiland - R12000 - R15000**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- ** **Sales Order Processing for all projects managed by Key Account Coordinator & Assistant.
- Attend all Corporate Account Walk-ins and Call-ins.
- Attend to all relevant Key Account Telephonic Enquiries
- Maintain the Reports for Key Accounts
- Maintain the Contractors’ Price Lists for Key Accounts
- Request PODs, GRN and SAP numbers from Shoprite stores from time to time as directed by the Financial Manager.
- Coordinate all aspects of the Shoprite Checkers Group of Companies
- Coordinate all aspects of the Architectural projects.
- Complete the relevant Customer Commission Calculation Sheet
- Keep customers updated regarding pending/outstanding orders and notify them of any pending delays/issues.
- Resolve all customer queries and maintain after-sales support.
- Relieve and assist where needed within the branch.
- Receive instructions from and report to Manager.

**Essential**: Matric, live close to Paarden Eiland, and has good references
