**Job Description - In-House PPC (Pay-Per-Click) Specialist**

We are a healthcare start-up seeking and In-House PPC (Pay-Per-Click) Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. You will be responsible for running and optimizing pay-per-click advertising campaigns to drive qualified traffic and achieve specific marketing goals. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, manage and implement effective PPC strategies to increase website traffic, generate leads, and drive sales.
- Conduct keyword research and identify high-performing keywords for campaign targeting.
- Create and manage PPC campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising.
- Write compelling ad copy and optimize campaigns to maximize click-through and conversion rates.

**Requirements, Qualifications and Work experience**:

- Proven work experience as a PPC Specialist or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of PPC advertising platforms, including Google Ads & Bing Ads.
- Proficiency in using PPC management tools and analytics platforms.

**Job environment**:
As a newly established company in South Africa, we are currently offering a consultant contract for this role. The starting salary for this full-time consultant role is R23000 (CTC) per month. The salary will be reviewed on a quarterly basis, and there are additional incentives such as commissions and bonuses for meeting and surpassing targets.
