To prepare specialist operations information for all stakeholders of the business for informed decision making and to support the business.
**Job Description**:
Administrative and operations support: Provide administrative and operations support and advice against standard operating procedures | Ad Hoc duties: Provide support to customers and team as required to ensure team performance on an ongoing basis | Compliance and Risk Management: Fulfil all activities in adherence to relevant control and compliance requirements, and quality standards | Administration: Effectively fulfil all required administrative duties, including tracking and reporting
Pre-validation of Client and Product Onboarding within agreed timelines:
- Identify and implement training to address OBC and frontline knowledge gaps to enable improvement of FTPR.
- Onboarding pre-validations for Commercial to be claimed and completed within agreed SLA of 8 hours. Monitor and ensure adherence to turnaround times by On-boarding Consultant team and by Business Performance Consultant and other COE stakeholders. Escalate any issues or concerns that hampers sales. Maintain and improve turnaround times.
- Ensure adherence to AML CDD Standard & Guidance Document and any other regulatory standards provided.
- Manage and monitor volumes of pre-validations performed by OBC team with minimum number of 60 pre-validations to be completed per month (this includes STP, simplex, midplex and complex).
- Pre-validations:
- Banker intervention required to be resolved within 2 days.
- Client intervention required to be resolved within 3 days.
- Validation by COE/SO: follow up for it to be completed within 8 hours.
- 100% FTPR on pre-validations submitted with no regulatory/process fails.
- Reworks to be resolved within 2 days.
- Coaching & Support to bankers provided on complex structures/entities.
- NFFP trends analysis and discussions
- Bi-weekly sessions.
- OBC to form part of the banker Trio and to be introduced to clients
Monitor Validation of Client and Product Onboarding within agreed timelines:
- ESP Maintenance items to be validated within SLA of 8 hours.
Management Assurance/Centre of Excellence Conformance Testing:
- Ensure that pre-validations performed and BOW submissions do not result in any Regulatory or Process findings.
- Lead the adherence to implementation of remediation actions for high number of findings & repeated failures
Monitor and drive achievement of 100% FTPR as per regulatory standards for Commercial. Coaching and guidance to be provided.
Education
Higher Diplomas: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (required)
